Website visits
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request data, including your IP address, to deliver pages, secure the website and limit abuse. The current landing page does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage.
Fonts and external links
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those resources, Google receives technical request information, including your IP address. External documentation and other linked websites have their own privacy practices.
Access requests and email
When you submit an access request, we receive your project name, what you are building, selected networks, email address, optional Telegram handle and message. The form sends this information to our email inbox so we can review your request and reply.
If you email info@blokok.com, we receive your email address and the information in your message. Please do not send private keys, seed phrases or account credentials.
How we use this information
We use enquiries to answer you, assess an integration and discuss access or a partnership. We use technical request information to deliver and protect the website and prevent abuse. We do not use the access form to publish your details or add you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers
Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the website and handle enquiries. Google processes requests for the externally hosted fonts. We do not sell enquiry information or share it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to handle your request, maintain a business relationship or meet applicable legal obligations. The production website uses HTTPS, and form submissions are sent through our email infrastructure. Avoid including information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
To request access to, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, email info@blokok.com. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, or complain to a data protection authority. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Scope and updates
This notice describes the current public website and enquiry form. Any additional processing for an activated integration should be covered in the terms provided during onboarding. We update this page when our practices change. See also our Terms of use.
