These terms cover the Blokok website. Use of a paid integration is also subject to the commercial and technical terms agreed with your team. If those terms conflict with this page, the specific agreement takes precedence for that integration.
The service
Blokok provides access to available private transaction signals together with transaction or bundle submission through Blokok. Network coverage, supported methods and route conditions vary. A website listing or an access request does not activate service or guarantee availability.
Access and fees
Before connecting, we agree your available feeds, service limits, subscription, Blokok fee and any required route payments. Do not send payments based only on this website. Follow the payment instructions provided for your agreed integration.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for your infrastructure, strategy, transaction construction, signing and the security of your credentials. Submit only transactions and data you are authorized to submit, and follow the technical and route conditions agreed for your access.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, use another team’s credentials, or attempt unauthorized access. Redistributing feeds or access requires permission under your agreement. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service or address a breach.
Execution and trading risk
Signals may be delayed, incomplete or not become canonical. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, ordering, execution, finality or profit. Tips and route charges may apply under the route’s conditions. Nothing on this website is investment advice.
Availability
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the website and service are provided as available without a service-level commitment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blokok is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits or indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
